Douglas F. Heck, Chairman of the Board & CEO

Douglas Heck is the current Founder and CEO of Spectacular Solar, a publicly traded, turn-key solar company. He is also the founder of DFH Associates, Solar Investors Fund and Star Power Services.

He started his career with DFH Associates Inc, a health/life insurance and investment company. He built DFH to over thirty employees covering three states and generated millions of dollars in revenue. Mr. Heck was invited to Switzerland by the Americo Life Insurance Company to be a key-note speaker and a mentoring associate.

Before creating Spectacular Solar, Mr. Heck worked for a startup Solar company US Solargy Inc. Mr. Heck supervised the construction of over 3MW of solar in one-year and built a multi-million-dollar sales team across numerous states. Under the tutelage of the company's owner, Mr. Wei, Mr. Heck learned the ways of building a company to go public based on the Chinese way of doing business.

Being a quintessential entrepreneur, Mr. Heck then took a bold step in starting his own Solar company after seeing the growth and opportunity in the solar market. Starting his own solar company with no capital and only one employee, Mr. Heck was able to grow the company to $15MM in only 5 years and brought the company public.

He then also created Star Power Services, a roofing and solar installation company, and also an investors fund which specifically helps fund solar projects to non-profit organizations. Mr. Heck currently resides in Belford, NJ with his wife and step son.

Brigadier Gen. Anthony Tata (Ret)

Following a brilliant military career that spanned more than 25 years, Gen. Tata put his skills and knowledge to use in a variety of sectors over the past IO years.

It follows naturally that Gen. Tata is an outstanding leader considering his meteoric rise through the army ranks and his leadership skills translated immediately into the education field. He was Chief Operations Officer for the D.C. public school system for two years before being named Superintendent of Wake County Public Schools, the 16th largest school system in the U.S. Tata drew rave reviews from all stakeholders as he ran a balanced $1.25 billion budget, increased the quality of education in the classroom and was able to give raises and bonuses to teachers. He guided the school district to positive gains in 19 of 20 measurable areas of public education. Two years later, Gen. Tata was appointed by the Governor of North Carolina to be the Transportation Secretary. He was charged with managing over 12,000 employees, a $4.5 billion budget and was responsible for over 80,000 miles of highways within the State of North Carolina.

Additionally, Gen. Tata has been president of two companies, a partner with a supply chain management firm, develops cutting edge software and has written and published numerous thri1ler fiction novels. Gen. Tata's education background is as impressive as his professional experience. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, has two Master's degrees and was a fe1low at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.

Richard Connors, M.B.A.

Mr. Connors brings a wealth of experience to Spectacular Solar. After serving in various executive capacities for over 30 years in the corporate world, he now is a private investor and consultant in the New York City area. A graduate of the Robbins School of Business at the University of Richmond, Connors took his M.B.A. and put it to work at the MONY Group (formerly Mutual of New York) where he was the Chief Marketing Officer and was subsequently was named President.

After leaving the MONY Group, Connors led AdminServer as its President and CEO for four years before becoming the Managing Director of Oracle's Global Insurance Business Unit. From software development to business analysis to strategic planning, Connors breadth of experience will be a critical source of knowledge for Spectacular Solar management to tap into.

Wayne I. Danson

President, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Danson Partners, LLC, a financial advisory and business consulting firm specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business strategy, management consulting, interim CEO/CFO and turnaround consulting, as well as sophisticated tax services which he formed in 1999. From 2004 to 2010, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Encompass Group Affiliates, Inc., a publicly traded distribution and reverse logistics organization that he founded. Prior to forming Danson Partners, LLC, he held partnership and leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers (in NY and Washington, D.C) and Kenneth Leventhal & Co (in NY and Washington, D.C.), now EY, where he was a Managing Tax Partner.

Mr. Danson is currently the lead Independent Director of Badu Holdings Inc. an innovative software and hardware product and service provider to telecommunication and enterprise companies as well as a Director of Optigenex Inc., a publicly traded company in the cosmeceutical/health supplement industry. In addition, Mr. Danson is currently a member on the Strategic Advisory Boards of BOP Networks, Inc. a live interactive mini-gaming mobile app start­ up and Safe Luna, an Israeli medical device start-up which is developing a unique remote sensing device for infants in order to combat SIDS and other infant heart/respiratory disorders. Mr. Danson previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Encompass Group Affiliates, Inc. and was a Director of Herborium Group, Inc., both publicly traded small cap companies. He is a Board Member and Treasurer of The chILD Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established to raise awareness of and funds to develop cures for all forms of children's interstitial and diffuse lung diseases. Mr. Danson graduated with honors from Bernard M. Baruch College with a BBA in Accounting and was a MBA candidate in Taxation. In 2009, Mr. Danson was a regional finalist in the 2009 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program and in 2010 was appointed a national judge in the Distribution and Manufacturing category for the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute and New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.

Volkan Coklu

If there is a member of the board of directors whose career path runs parallel to that of Spectacular Solar's founder and CEO, Doug Heck, it is Volkan Coklu. Like Heck, Coklu is a self- made success who prides himself in having a visionary entrepreneurial spirit in his approach to his business. Coklu got his first exposure to upper management as a Financial Controller for Yiyelim Foods and TNET Technology before taking the leap to Royal Quality Group where he has been CEO for six years.

Royal Quality Group is recognized for establishing "The New Mall" in 2004. With "The New Mall" as its distribution vehicle, Coklu has been the driving force behind Royal Quality Group becoming one of the top three ranked sellers in the grocery category on, the largest global online marketplace. Notably, Royal Quality is credited with having the first grocery sale ever conducted on Coklu has a B.S. in Business Administration from Marmara College in Istanbul, Turkey and a M.B.A. from Goldey-Beacom College in Delaware.

Michael Whitehouse

Like the other board members, Michael Whitehouse comes to Spectacular Solar with a broad range of expertise. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Aerospace Science and Aeronautics, Mr. Whitehouse has a background that stems from nuclear science and technology to supply chain management to index and commodity trading.

Mr. Whitehouse was a Vice-President for the Swiss Re Group as convertible and equity proprietary trader and shortly thereafter went on to found Plexus, a $1.5 billion Global Multi Strategy firm. As the founder, he was responsible for legal, analytics, trading, trade capture, risk and reporting as well as strategic development.

The MIT graduate later founded MW Strategic, an investment and strategic planning firm. He currently is a partner in the Fusion Asset Management Group and is an advisor for Stavatti Industries. Mr. Whitehouse is also the Principal at MW Resources, a multi-faceted asset and equity firm that specializes in institutional business development with a focus on special capital situations, energy, real estate and the aeronautics industry.
